Beth Lynch, a native of Western North Carolina, joined the Highlander team in spring of 2009 after a career in the event planning and hospitality industry. Since 2009, she has lead as the Administrative Director and now oversees all of our sales, marketing and retention efforts as the Communications Director.
Beth’s greatest joy in life comes from her children and god-children: Colby, Addie, Ava, Ashton and Cameron. Beth has a MS in psychology with a specialization in leadership and coaching. She uses her many years of experience in business operations and her education to serve our families in a personal and meaningful way.
