Camp Nurses & Doctors
The Camp Nurses are the key to keeping the Highlander family happy and healthy! Our Health Hut Staff are dedicated to managing the health and well-being of each and every Highlander camper and staff member. From dispensing daily medication to offering a band-aid or a hug to a camper in need, Highlander nurses provide the extra dose of TLC while our campers are away from home.
All applicants must have a minimum license of RN with the state of NC and a love for children. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, administering medication, communication with parents, and monitoring the health and well being of both campers and staff.
