Imagine days filled with adventure, challenges and fun, with ten campers who will look up to you and depend on you as a leader and friend. Whether screaming as you slide down the cold water of Sliding Rock, or cheering on your camper as he hits a homerun at Land Sports, every day is filled with countless opportunities to play with, encourage and change the life of a child.
At Camp Highlander, we have a devoted group of staff who return summer after summer because of what this mountain means to them. A summer at Highlander can be the most rewarding, enjoyable job you will ever have. We invite you to let Highlander change your life forever.
What We Expect
Devoted, Hard-Working Candidates:

In our cabin unit at Camp Highlander, we encourage compromise and selflessness from our campers in this group living environment. As a staff member at Highlander, we expect you to be selfless and giving, keeping the needs of the campers’ top priority and leading by example.
