Available Positions

Counselors

Senior Counselors: Must have completed their Freshman Year of college

Counselors: Must have graduated from High School and be 18 years old

Junior Counselors: Staff entering their senior year of High school and completed the Highlander CIT Program

CIT: Must be 16 years old by June 1 of the year of application (limited space in program)

Specialists

Must be 18 years or older and have specialized training or education in a specific activity or discipline. We hire for the following activities:

Priority is given to staff who are available for the entire summer, late May to Early August. Partial summer positions may be available, based on our needs.
